Sustainability and Community Involvement

We support many initiatives within the community both through carrying out projects with sustainability in mind, and by supporting its staff, community groups and charities.

Our contributions to the Central Virginia economy can be measured through job creation and mentoring small and minority business subcontractors. We educate and assist them with business planning and organization, marketing, as well as becoming business leaders.

Community Involvement and giving back is important to our company. First Class Contracting gives back to the community by financial sponsorship, donating time to non profit organizations and anonymously undertaking relief and charitable projects. We encourage our employees to contribute their time and volunteer for charitable causes.

Other organizations that we support include:

  • The Chesapeake Bay Foundation
  • The American Red Cross
  • Goodwill Industries
  • Benedictine College Preparatory
  • Metro Richmond Youth Wrestling
